With a career spanning 30+ years in the corporate world, Chris brings an innovative perspective to the field of executive coaching and business coaching. He has faced and met challenges from acquisitions, divestiture and consolidations and he can do the same for your company as your personal business/executive success coach.

Before he became a business and executive coach, Chris served USLIFE for 24 years, rising to President, COO, and a member of the Board of Directors. After the company was acquired by American General – an initiative he championed – he was named President, CEO and Board of Directors Member of The United States Life Group Insurance Co. & American General Life Insurance Co. of New York and Pennsylvania. In that role, he restructured two business divisions while reducing expenses and bolstering revenue. In addition, he led a team that identified $50 million of expense savings between AGC and USH and directed the development and implementation of the plans to bring these savings to the bottom line.

Today, through The Coach’s Zone Chris works as business coach with small- to mid-size companies in an entrepreneurial setting to assess their current business model, develop new strategies, and help business owners enhance operations and meet growth targets. He also works with larger corporations as an executive coach to help them strengthen organizational leadership, devise corporate strategies and meet the unique challenges that corporations face. He provides a complete business leadership coaching solution, helping enterprises large and small with all facets of professional development, from revenue growth, banking, and IT services to marketing and human resources.
